El filodendro paraguayo (Philodendron bipinnatifidum) es una de las plantas tropicales de interior más imponentes, reconocida por sus enormes hojas profundamente lobuladas de color verde brillante que evocan la exuberancia de las selvas sudamericanas. Con el tiempo desarrolla un tronco robusto y raíces aéreas que le dan un carácter escultórico único, convirtiéndolo en un elemento focal de primer orden en cualquier espacio.

Planta de tamaño mediano a grande en interior, ideal para salones amplios, halls de entrada, oficinas con buena luz natural y espacios con techos altos donde pueda desplegar plenamente su follaje. Su bajo requerimiento de cuidados especiales la hace ideal tanto para el hogar como para proyectos de interiorismo.

Cuidados básicos:

  • Luz: luz indirecta brillante; tolera sombra pero crece más lento; evitar sol directo que quema las hojas.
  • Riego: moderado; dejar secar la capa superior del sustrato entre riegos.
  • Sustrato: tierra fértil, porosa y bien drenada con perlita o fibra de coco.
  • Poda: eliminar hojas amarillas o dañadas a ras del pecíolo para mantener el vigor.
  • Humedad: agradece ambientes húmedos; pulverizar las hojas periódicamente o usar un humidificador cercano.

It’s a good width and pretty long to accommodate all body types. I like it can be two heights. My adult kids said it felt like memory foam. I can add my own pillow too to further adjust to my liking. I occasionally get bad heartburn or sick where I need to sleep sitting up. This helps me do that in bed. I tried using it every night at first because I usually sleep with two large stacked pillows, but I’m a side sleeper and it eventually hurt my neck. So, not great if you sleep on your side. I also just lay a pillow case across it to keep clean. You can unzip and take off the cover for cleaning, but I almost never get stuff like that back on right. I got the dark gray cover and I like the soft feel. I’m glad I got it.
